Tanvi Doshi

Tanvi Doshi is a law graduate from Mumbai University. She has enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and has past experience of litigation. Presently she is transactional lawyer practicing in General Corporate, Mergers &Acquisitions, Private Equites, Corporate Compliance, Securities law and Foreign Exchange laws.

She has assisted in legal advising, transactions, and drafting/reviewing contracts and works on the matters relating to the following:

1. Corporate and Commercial Laws;
2. SEBI laws and regulations;
3. Regulatory matters and
4. FEMA and RBI regulations.
