Surendra Rahalkar

Surendra is an associate in the general corporate team of Solomon & Co., Pune. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a bachelor’s degree in law from Yashwantrao Chavan Law College, Savitribai Phule Pune University. He is also a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Surendra primarily focuses on general corporate transactions including but not limited to M&A, Joint Ventures, Foreign Investment etc.

• Legal advisory on the extent of Companies Act, FEMA and RBI Regulations
