Simran Hasija is an Associate at Solomon & Co., Mumbai and has completed her Bachelor of Laws in the year 2020 and further pursued her Master of Laws (Business Law) from K.C. Law College, Mumbai. She is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.

Her expertise lies in the domain of taxation, as well as law, and she has advised clients (including public sector undertakings) on diverse matters ranging from capital markets, general corporate, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and taxation. She has primarily been engaged in corporate and commercial drafting on matters concerning private equity and corporate restructuring (mergers and acquisitions) along with aiding on the corresponding due diligence, advising on commercial and contractual laws, securities laws, etc.
