Mustafa Bohra is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team of Solomon & Co. He is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2017. He holds a B.L.S. LL.B. degree from Mumbai University. He also holds a certificate in Intellectual Property Rights from Vivekananda Education Society (VES) College of Law, Mumbai and is currently pursuing a diploma course in Alternative Dispute Redressal.
He is currently involved in a wide array of matters including criminal litigation, civil litigation, writ petitions, arbitration matters and matters related to the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. He is well versed with reservation, administrative and constitution laws, court rules and procedures and has appeared before the Magistrates Court and the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay and various Tribunals in and around Bombay.
