Mithali Nayak

Mithali Nayak is an Associate at Solomon & Co. She has pursued her Bachelor’s Degree in Law from V.E.S College of Law, Mumbai and is a member of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. She has also completed her Masters in Corporate Laws from NMIMS University, Mumbai.

Mithali generally practices in areas of General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Private Equity. She also practices in the areas of business and trade laws, assisting clients on their on-going commercial contracts. She has been involved in providing legal advice to clients in their areas of practice, reviewing and negotiating contracts and drafting transactional documents.
