She is a law graduate from the University of Mumbai and holds a Bachelor degree of Commerce from R.A. Podar College (University of Mumbai). She has also successfully cleared one group of the CA – Final Exam, conducted by the ICAI.
Ms. Lisa has a combined 4 years working experience in law and Chartered Accountancy. Prior to joining Solomon & Co., she has worked with a reputed law firm in the General Corporate and Capital Markets team, wherein she was actively engaged in Contract management and legal advisory. She has substantial experience in contract management and succession and inheritance laws.
