Pranav Mandaliya is an Senior Associate with the corporate team of Solomon & Co.

He holds a BLS.LLB degree from Government Law College, Mumbai. Work experience includes being a legal Associate and intern with multiple Advocates, law firm and company in-house legal department.

Pranav practices in general corporate and other legal areas such as legal advising, assisting with transactions, and drafting/reviewing contracts. He has also prior to joining Solomon & Co. assisted high end clients including multi-national companies and high-net worth individuals.
