Nikhilesh Koundinya is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team of Solomon & Co. He is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa since 2023. He holds a B.A.L.L.B. (Hons.) degree from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He is also currently pursuing a Diploma in Arbitration & Mediation from the Maharashtra National Law University.
He is currently involved in matters including civil litigation, commercial litigation and arbitrations. He regularly appears before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hon’ble Bombay City Civil Court and various other adjudicating authorities in Bombay.
Further, he takes a keen interest in writing and regularly contributes articles on commercial law to the firm’s website.
