• FINANCE / INVESTMENT
  We advise and assist clients in structuring their investments in the media and entertainment industries including media groups and production houses. We assist clients across all areas of the media on their corporate and commercial matters including foreign investments, regulatory matters like insolvency, taxation, aspects of structured finance and securitization deals.
