Harish Raman
Harish Raman is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department of Solomon & Co. at it’s Fort Office in Mumbai.
Harish graduated in B.B.A. Ll.b. and pursued a Diploma in Intellectual Property Laws from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. He is registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
He specializes in civil and commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy cases, custom tax disputes, capital market disputes, general corporate disputes, and tenancy and eviction disputes.
He regularly appears before various courts and tribunals in India including the Small Causes Court, National Company Law Tribunal (Mumbai Bench), National Green Tribunal (Western Bench), Securities Appellate Tribunal, City Civil Court, and Bombay High Court.
Prior to joining Solomon & Co., Harish worked as an independent practitioner and with a reputed Senior Counsel’s Chambers, where he successfully assisted and appeared in various high stake matters.
