Manasvini is an Associate with the General Corporate team at Solomon & Co. She is registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. She is a law graduate from K.C. Law College (University of Mumbai) and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai.
Manasvini has joined Solomon and Co. after completing her Law Degree and primarily works on transactions focusing on contract management, corporate and commercial drafting, carrying out legal due diligence of companies, and advising and assisting corporate and individual clients on matters concerning corporate and commercial laws, contractual laws, and foreign direct investments.
