Zeeshan works as an Associate in the Real Estate team at Solomon & Co., graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from St. Xavier’s College and holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) from Government Law College. He is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Business Law from Mumbai University.

Prior to joining Solomon & Co., Zeeshan worked with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) gaining exposure in regulatory practices within the real estate arena. He also brings experience in civil litigation, encompassing tenancy and property disputes before the Bombay High Court, the City Civil Court, and the Small Causes Court, alongside testamentary matters including wills, probate, and succession proceedings.

At Solomon & Co., Zeeshan primarily focuses on transactional real estate work including title investigations and opinions, sales, and acquisition/purchase of land parcels and premises, lease, leave and license arrangements and development related mandates such as society redevelopments and conveyancing.
