Krutika is an Associate in the Real Estate team of Solomon & Co. She is enrolled as an Advocate at the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2021 and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Laws from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore.
At Solomon & Co., she primarily works on transactions focusing on title investigations and opinions on title, lease, leave and license, land acquisitions, development and redevelopment of properties including society redevelopments, structuring and conveyancing. She is also involved in inheritance and succession transactions and drafting commercial contracts.
