Maaz is an Associate in the Real Estate team at Solomon & Co. He is registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Rizvi Law College, affiliated with University of Mumbai. Currently, he is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU), Mumbai and has also completed a Diploma in Cyber Laws from the Asian School of Cyber Laws. 

Prior to joining Solomon & Co., he has worked in areas of civil and commercial litigation as well as private equity and has represented several clients in diverse civil and commercial disputes appearing in array of matters before the Bombay High Court, City Civil Courts & Quasi-Judicial Authorities including Debt Recovery Tribunal, Maha RERA & the Deputy Registrar. 

At Solomon & Co., he primarily works on transactions focusing on title investigations and opinions, sale, and acquisition/purchase of land parcels and premises, lease, leave and license, inheritance and succession transactions and development of properties including society redevelopments and conveyancing.
