Shivani graduated in Commerce from Mithibai College, Mumbai and thereafter read law for three years at K. C. Law College in Mumbai.
She is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and she appears before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, City Civil Court as well as various Tribunals including National Company Law Tribunal, Labour Court and Debt Recovery Tribunal.
She is currently involved in a wide array of litigation matters including matters of the commercial suits, consumer matters, testamentary matters, arbitration, company law matters, and insolvency proceedings.
