Saumya Brajmohan
Saumya Brajmohan is a Partner in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution Team of Solomon & Co. She is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2014. She holds a degree in law from ILS Law College, Pune University wherein she secured 4th Rank in University of Pune (III BSL, LL.B).
She specializes in arbitration and civil, commercial and insolvency litigation. She regularly appears before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, City Civil Court as well as various Tribunals including National Company Law Tribunal and National Company Law Appellate Tribunal.
She is currently involved in a wide array of litigation matters including matters of the writ, commercial suits, consumer matters, arbitration, company law matters, and insolvency proceedings.
