Agastya is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team of Solomon & Co. He was enrolled as Advocate in 2021 and as a  Solicitor in the Bombay High Court in 2025. He also holds a post-graduate diploma in securities law from Government Law College, University of Mumbai.

He appears and assists on a variety of high-stake and voluminous litigations, and administrative, liquidation, and arbitration matters before the Bombay High Court and other civil courts and tribunals. Further, he has experience in advising European and other international companies and individuals with their business interests in India on litigation and dispute resolution matters across diverse sectors including the software industry and technology sector, and in managing their litigations and arbitrations, including cross-border disputes.walking us through the Cyprus structures and key advantages, particularly the holding company framework and IP box regime for cross-border investments.

He also has experience in handling private wealth matters of mainly non-resident Indians, whether foreign nationals or Indian nationals, including succession-planning, drafting and registration of Wills, preparation of pre-nuptial agreements, advising on terms of divorce and family settlements, etc.
