She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Kishinchand Chellaram College of Law (Mumbai University) and has enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. She is a dual-qualified Company Secretary and a lawyer. Her practice areas include General Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Compliance, India Entry, Foreign Exchange Laws, and Business and Trade Law.
