Janhavi’s practice spans commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring, debt recovery, arbitration and real estate disputes. She represents financial creditors in high-value insolvency and debt recovery matters, and advises on redevelopment conflicts, tenancy disputes and co-operative housing laws.
She regularly appears in matters before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Small Causes Court, National Company Law Tribunal and Debt Recovery Tribunal, as well as other quasi-judicial forums.
