Divya Raut is an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team at Solomon & Co. She holds a B.L.S./LL.B. degree from the University of Mumbai, and has been enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa since 2023. In addition to her formal legal education, she holds a Diploma in Cyber Law from the Asian School of Cyber Law and is currently pursuing Master’s degree in Business Law, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development and emerging areas of legal practice.

Divya’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of civil and commercial disputes, as well as arbitration proceedings. She regularly appears before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court and the City Civil and Sessions Court, Mumbai, and has also represented clients before the National Company Law Tribunal and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
