Bhavesh Wadhwani is a Senior Associate in Litigation and Dispute Resolution team of Solomon & Co. He graduated in commerce from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai and afterwards pursued his Bachelor’s Degree in law as well as Master’s Degree in law from K.C. Law College, Mumbai.
He is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2018 and regularly appears before the Bombay High Court, City Civil and Sessions Court as well as Tribunals including National Company Law Tribunal.
He is currently involved in a wide range of litigation matters including suits, commercial suits, arbitrations, writ petitions and insolvency proceedings.
