Kashmita is an Associate in the litigation and dispute resolution team. After pursuing B.Com. from H. R College of Commerce and Economics, Kashmita studied Law in 2023 from SVKM’s Jitendra Chauhan College of Law. She is currently pursuing her LL.M in Corporate and Commercial Laws from Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai.
After being enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa in 2023, Kashmita has worked on assignments relating to debt recovery, alternate dispute resolution and corporate disputes. She has also assisted on matters relating to Negotiable Instruments Act.
Kashmita regularly appears before the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, City Civil Court, Debt Recovery Tribunal and Consumer Courts.
