Smeet Shah is a senior associate with the corporate team at Solomon & Co. He is a law graduate from Mumbai University and has completed his Master of Laws specialized in Financial Regulations from NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, Mumbai and Company Secretary (Executive level).  He is enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. His past experience includes compliance with respect to Company Law, Securities Law , RBI and FEMA along with drafting of various corporate and commercial agreements. He has a wide array of experience in litigation and has also appeared before High Court and various other courts and tribunals. Presently he is working as an Associate in Solomon and Co. as a transactional lawyer practicing in General Corporate, Mergers &Acquisitions, Private Equites, Corporate Compliance, Securities law and Foreign Exchange laws.
