Jones is a Senior Associate in the General Corporate Team at Solomon & Co., Mumbai and has been in the legal industry for over 5 years with experience, both, in the in-house practice area and law firm practice area. Jones received his B.L.S./LL.B. degree from Rizvi Law College, Mumbai in the year 2017.
During his tenure he has been primarily involved in corporate and commercial drafting, negotiating commercial contracts, carrying out legal due diligence on companies, while advising and assisting corporate and individual clients on matters concerning corporate and commercial laws, contractual laws, corporate restructuring (with focus on mergers and acquisitions) and foreign direct investments.
