Mallika Joshi is an Senior Associate with the litigation team in Solomon & Co. She holds a BA LLB degree from ILS Law College, Pune. She is registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
At Solomon & Co, Mallika’s primary areas of practice are civil and commercial litigation, insolvency resolution and alternative dispute resolution. She regularly appears before various Courts and Tribunals including the Hon’ble Bombay High Court, City Civil Court and National Company Law Tribunal.
Prior to joining Solomon, & Co., she has worked with firms specializing in civil and commercial litigation, real estate and testamentary matters.
