Mustafa Bohra
Mustafa Bohra is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team of Solomon & Co. He is registered with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa since 2017. He holds a B.L.S. LL.B. degree from Mumbai University. He also holds a certificate in Intellectual Property Rights from Vivekananda Education Society (VES) College of Law, Mumbai.
He is currently involved in a wide array of matters including criminal litigation, civil litigation, writ petitions, arbitration matters, matters pertaining to the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881., Insurance Act, 1938 and The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 etc. He is well versed with reservation, administrative and constitution laws, court rules and procedures and regularly appears before the Magistrates Court, the Hon’ble City Civil Court at Bombay and at Dindoshi, the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay and various Tribunals in and around Bombay.
