Anisha Jadhav

Anisha Jadhav is an associate in the Real Estate Team of Solomon & Co. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) from Jai Hind College, Mumbai and a Bachelor’s degree in Law  (LL.B) from Rizvi Law College, Mumbai.

Prior to joining Solomon & Co., Anisha has an overall 3 years of Corporate Law experience in diverse functional areas of Capital Markets (IPOs), Trademarks and Banking sector which includes drafting various chapters for inclusion in the ‘Offer Document’ in accordance with SEBI Regulations for the proposed Initial Public Offering of companies to be filed with the Stock exchanges, reviewing and advising clients on different aspects of corporate and commercial issues. She has carried out extensive legal research and drafted legal opinions on various matters pertaining to Company Law; SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2009 and 2018; and Foreign Exchange Management Laws.

Her current work profile involves reviewing of documents, conducting Title Due Diligence and Title Searches, drafting of Legal Notices and other Conveyance Deeds and documents.
